On-campus housing at Penn State University Park offers excellent accommodations for a variety of groups—from sports camps to professional associations. Whether your group is large or small, we’ll go the extra mile to ensure maximum comfort and convenience during your stay.
Groups interested in staying on campus must be sponsored by a Penn State department, who will submit a conference agreement form. Penn State is not able to house individuals independently or for a group that is not sponsored by the University.
Housing and Food Services is pleased to be able to partner with University academic programs that are making a difference. An example of this partnership is the Summer Academy Program - learn more about this exciting program that is truly life-changing for some participants.
The sponsoring department is responsible for ensuring groups' meals and room accommodations are taken care of. However, there are certain groups that permit direct reservations for housing services (Happy Volley). If you are interested in living on campus during the event, please learn more about how to make a reservation.
