Campus Dining Featured in Food Management Magazine
Photos of the Oktoberfest special dinner event have been featured in Food Management magazine. Three dishes served by Campus Dining are highlighted in the feature that touts Oktoberfest-themed menu items that should be served throughout the year.
Highlighted in the article are the Pork Schnitzel with Creamy Mushroom Sauce, German Redskin Potato Salad, and Cucumber Dill Salad.
The Oktoberfest dinner was held on October 22 at all University Park dining commons - Findlay (East), Pollock (Pollock), Redifer (South), Waring (West), and Warnock (North).
