Housing Information Sessions

It's time to start thinking about your housing options for the 2019-2020 academic year
Attend a Housing Information Session to learn more about the process for both on- and off-campus housing.

At the Housing Information Sessions, we will be discussing the on-campus housing lottery process and timeline, and the off-campus housing market, resources, and tips for securing a lease. The information session are presented by representatives from the Assignment Office and Student Legal Services

**This session is for the following students:

  • Sororities: students who will be rushing a sorority in the spring and may be living on the sorority chapter floor, as determined by the sorority. 
  • Fraternities: students who will be rushing a fraternity in the spring and are interested in on-campus housing, but could be living in the fratnerity house, as determined by the fraternity.

Notice

We recommend that students interested in rushing attend an information session about Greek Life and recruitment on Sunday October 22 at 3:00pm, which will be held in Freeman Auditorium, HUB-Robeson Center.

^^This session is for the following students:

  • Special Living Option (SLO): students currently assigned to an SLO who want to return to the living environment. If a student is NOT currently assigned to an SLO, this session will not provide the appropriate information about how to live on campus next year.
  • Schreyer Honors Colelge: students who currently are living in Atherton/Simmons as a Schreyer Honors College student. If a student is living in Atherton/Simmons but is NOT a Schreyer Honors College student, this session will not provide the appropriate information about how to live on campus.

Students are also able to stop by the Off-Campus Housing Fair to chat with the Assignment Office staff, or visit the Assignment Office, 201 Johnston Commons (East Halls).
