North Housing Area

North Housing Area is located on the northern edge of campus, along Park Avenue, and is the smallest housing complex on campus. Leete, Runkle, and Holmes Halls are reserved for both first-year and upper-class students participating in a Special Living Option. Beam Hall is reserved for upper-class students. North Housing Area offers suite living, accommodating students in two- and four-person suites, which share a private bath. Students are assigned single-gender to a suite, but the gender allocation on the floor may vary. Supplemental housing suites are also available, with six students sharing a beautiful, large living space and large bathroom.
